12.3 SPRAYVIT on the assistant element

CAUTION

Make sure to hold the suction cannula in such a way that
the cannula opening cannot attach itself to the oral mu-
cous membranes by accident.

NOTICE

The factory-set suction power can be adjusted in the wa-
ter unit by a service engineer.

12.3

SPRAYVIT on the assistant element

If the SPRAYVIT is the only instrument that has been
picked up, you may switch the instrument light on or off.

Its brightness is set to an optimum value and cannot be
changed.

The instrument light switches on when you activate the
SPRAYVIT (if preset).

The instrument light switches off after a time lag of 10s
when the SPRAYVIT is no longer activated.

When you place the SPRAYVIT back on the instrument
rack, the instrument light switches off immediately.

DANGER

After changing hoses, press the water button of the
SPRAYVIT repeatedly until water comes out! Only
then can you begin treatment.
