1 Procedure of deciding the faults
Before maintaining the air conditioner, firstly you should know the phenomena
of the faults, decide the location of the faults, analyze the reason the faults occur, and
then search for ways to solve the faults. The detailed procedures are: Look, Listen,
Touch, Measure, Analyze?
? Look: Observe air conditionerís running. I.e., vibration; condensation on
evaporator; leakage; electrical and mechanical connection, etc.
? Listen: Listen to kinds of sounds of the running air conditioner. Identify the
abnormal noise from the sounds.
