First installation

Place the Ecoport 800 in the required location.
ƒ
Prepare a breakthrough to the outside with a diameter of 100mm.
ƒ
Mount the ventilation grille for supply air and exhaust air at the opening into the
open air.
ƒ
Make sure that the distance between the supply air and exhaust air is sufficient so
that the exhaust air is not sucked in again.
ƒ
Attach the extracted aluminium corrugated pipe with Ø70mm to the exhaust air of
the Ecoport and fix it with the pipe clamp.
ƒ
Then attach the extracted aluminium corrugated pipe for supply air and exhaust
air with pipe clamps.
ƒ
Pull all three pipe clamps tight to prevent the aluminium hose from slipping.
ƒ
Mount the supply and exhaust air grille at the end of the aluminium pipe.
ƒ
Check the secure hold of the supply air and exhaust system.
ƒ
Check that the supply and exhaust hoses are free and ensure a safe supply and
exhaust air flow.
IMPORTANT: Observe the safety instructions in this operating manual during instal -
lation. If other lengths of the exhaust system are required, contact Siqens technical
support.
