Note: you MUST setup a DID because PBXware places each VOIP trunk into its own
context. Therefore, when we get to the Sipura SPA 3000 configuration, if the dial plan
points to an extension, PBXware will respond with error 404 (Not Found) because the
extensions are not in the same context as the trunk.
