1. How do I find/set the IP of the device?
Connect analog phone to RJ-45 connector on SPA-2000. On telephone keypad,
enter star key four(4) times: ****. When you hear an IVR enter the code as shown
in following table.

2. When I attempt to make a call using SPA2000 device, I get dead air?
Make sure your device is pingable. Also if you have tried to change the
configuration on your device recently, use configuration guide provided by
Net2phone to change to the working configuration.
