INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Read this important information leaflet carefully before you use the blender and save it
for future reference.
GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Danger!
* Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid, nor rinse it under the tap.
Use only a moist cloth to clean the motor unit.
Warning!
* Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage
before you connect the appliance.
* If the mains cord is damaged, you must have it replaced by a service centre authorized
or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
* Do not use the appliance if the plug, the main cord or other parts are damaged.
* Never use the blender jar, mill beaker (specific types only) or chopper bowl (specific
types only) to switch the appliance on and off.
* Never use the appliance run unattended.
* This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
* Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
* Do not touch the blades, especially when the appliance is plugged in, the blades are
very sharp.
* Take care when handling the sharp blades and during cleaning.
* This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge
if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
* Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before
assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
* This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of
reach of children.
