1. Remove the
Inverted
Base Stem (HH)
from the
Tube (II)
. Then remove the
Tube (II)
by using the
Steel Wrench (JJ)
turning counter-clockwise
direction .
Remove the base lid from the base shell.
2. Re-install the
Tube (II)
to base shell to prevent
sand getting into the threads. Fill the base with
at least 220 lbs of sand (not included), pouring
water into the base intermittently to help pack
the sand.
3. Remove the
Tube (II)
from the base shell.
