Kit Instructions
Step by Step Instructions
1) Start by attaching the 10-6 Tees to end of Width Pipe.
2) Now slide each Depth Pipe through the 10-6 Tees on Width Pipe.
3) Attach the remaining 10-6 Tees to the ends of Depth Pipe.
4) Slide Internal Leg Pipes into the 10-6 Tees and leave about 3
inches sticking out. Tighten setscrews lightly.
5) Slide External Legs onto the top of Internal Legs.
6) Attach the 61-7 flanges on the top of External Legs.
7) Place your desktop on the ground, with the bottom facing up.
8) Flip the pipe frame over so that the 61-7 flanges are now lying flat
on the bottom of the desktop. Be careful doing this because
External Legs will want to come off Internal Legs when you turn it
over.
9) Move the legs of the frame on the desktop until the 61-7 flanges
are about 4 inches from each edge.
10) Attach the 61-7 flanges to the desktop with the appropriate
fastener (fasteners not provided).
11) Pound the 133-6 plastic plugs into the bottom of Internal Legs.
12) Turn the desk right side up! You are done! You can adjust the
individual fittings to make sure that everything is level and square.
Adjusting the Desk Height
The height of the desk is adjusted by letting more or less of the Internal Legs slip out from the External Legs. The 10-6 fittings hold the External
Legs in place, while letting the Internal Legs through to a certain point.
To adjust the desk, simply loosen the setscrew on the 10-6 fittings on each leg, slide the Internal Legs to the desired height and then retighten the
set screw.
