empty the water in the boiler (see
section 8.6);
unscrew the top anode and check for
any corrosion; if more than 30% of the
anode surface is corroded, replace the
anode;
repeat for the bottom anode.
The anodes have a gasket; to avoid water
leakages, use an anaerobic sealant for
compatible threads for use in heating and
sanitation systems. The gaskets should be
replaced both during checks and when
replacing anodes with new gaskets.
8.6
Emptying the boiler
If the boiler is not used, especially in low
temperatures, it is good practice to empty
the water inside the boiler.
For this appliance, simply disconnect the
water inlet connector (see section 5.4).
Alternatively, when setting up the system,
install a drain valve with a hose connector
coupling.
NOTE: remember to empty the
system when temperatures are
low to prevent freezing.

Faults
Should you notice anything unusual as
regards appliance operation, without there
being an alarm or error code as described
in the relevant parts of this manual, check
whether the problem is easily resolvable by
consulting

contacting technical support.

Disposal
At the end of their life, the heat pumps
should be disposed of in line with the
regulations in force.
WARNING:
this
appliance
contains fluorinated greenhouse
gases included under the Kyoto
Protocol.
Maintenance
and
disposal must only be carried out
by qualified personnel.
