One-handed operation

With the stepless speed control

, you can switch on the appliance with one

hand and at the same time control the speed steplessly (see Figure 1).

Press the speed control button

with your thumb. The harder you press,

the higher the speed will be. The operation LED

lights up blue for as

long as you activate the speed control button

Process the foods with slight up- and downward movements until you have
achieved the desired consistency.

Once you are ﬁnished with food processing, simply release the speed
control button

NOTE

►

If you hear unusual noises during operation, e.g. squeaking or similar, apply
a small amount of neutral cooking oil to the drive shaft of the blending rod

(see Figure 2).
