Chocolate apple cake

Ingredients

▯

125 g butter

▯

125 g sugar

▯

1 packet of vanilla sugar

▯

2 eggs

▯

125 g flour

▯

2 tbsp . cocoa powder

▯

1/2 packet baking powder

▯

1 apple

▯

a little icing sugar

Preparation

1) Mix the sugar, softened butter, vanilla sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder and

cocoa powder to make a dough .

2)  Peel and core the apples . Chop the apples into small pieces .
3)  Fold the apple pieces into the dough .
4)  Put the dough into a microwaveable dish .
5)  Cook the cake at 900 watts for approx . 9 minutes in the microwave .
6)  Allow the cake to cool a bit after cooking before knocking out of the form .
7)  Sprinkle a little icing sugar over the cake .
