4) As soon as the lemon juice solution starts to simmer, wait for about 10 seconds.

5) Switch the appliance oﬀ by moving the operating switch

back to the

centre position.

6) Remove the power plug from the mains power socket.

7) Allow the appliance and the lemon juice to cool down.

8) Tip out the lemon juice and wipe out the water pan

with a damp cloth.
