6. Troubleshooting

If you cannot connect the headset to the compatible mobile telephone,
proceed as follows:
• Make sure that the Bluetooth function in the mobile telephone is

activated.

• Make sure that the headset is switched on and is being supplied

with power.

• If you use several Bluetooth devices, ensure that a previously created

Bluetooth connection of the mobile telephone is disconnected.

• Make sure that the headset is located a maximum of 1 meter from

the mobile telephone and that no obstacles or electronical devices
are placed between them.

If these measures do not correct the problem, please contact the ap-
propriate service partner for your country.
