Risoluzione dei problemi

   IT-21

Restituzione del monitor piatto

Se dietro consiglio del servizio di assistenza tecnica si rende necessaria 
la restituzione del monitor, seguire le istruzioni riportate di seguito: 

Nota:

Se è necessario restituire la scheda grafica del monitor 
piatto, consultare l’apposita documentazione per le 
indicazioni relative alla rimozione e alla restituzione.

1.

Spegnere il computer. Scollegare il cavo di alimentazione posto 
sul retro del monitor.

2.

Scollegare il cavo dell’interfaccia dal computer.

3.

Riapplicare la pellicola protettiva originale sullo schermo del 
monitor. Accertarsi che la pellicola di plastica sia pulita e senza 
polvere per evitare di danneggiare lo schermo del monitor.

4.

Rimuovere il monitor dal supporto se consigliato dal servizio 
di assistenza tecnica. Per informazioni, consultare la sezione 
“Rimozione del monitor piatto dal supporto e riposizionamento 
sul supporto” a pagina IT-7.

5.

Se si riceve in cambio un monitor sostitutivo, utilizzare la scatola 
di cartone e il materiale d’imballaggio per restituire il monitor 
non funzionante, oppure utilizzare la scatola di cartone e il 
materiale d’imballaggio ricevuti in origine, alla consegna.
