Description
Eco Glamox Receiver is a wireless control module designed for
remote or central control of Glamox panel heaters series 3001.
The heater can with Eco Glamox Receiver be used with Sikom
central units with built-in radio and be managed and controlled from
our SikomLiving app.
Eco Glamox Receiver can switch between:
Comfort - normal temperature set under Sikom app or via local
control
Eco
- economy temperature set under Sikom app or via local
control
Compatible with all Sikom ECO central units.
Radio range
The products radio range is up to 100 meters clear view. Thick walls
and floors of wood and concrete will decrease the range. Effective
range in a house will normally be around 20 meters. It is important
to place the central unit in the center of the installation for best radio
coverage.
Connecting to the heater
1. Use the switch on the right side of the heater to switch it off.
Unplug the oven from the power outlet.
2. Insert the control unit. Make sure that it hits the guidance tracks
properly.
3. Then slide the plug in place. Make sure that the connector pins
slide into the holes in the heater.
4. You hear a click when the control module is properly installed.
5. Now you can connect the heater to the power outlet and turn it
on using the switch on the right side of the heater.
Pairing with the central unit
To use Eco Glamox Receiver with our GSM central units it must be
paired with one of them.
1. Turn off the heater with the On/Off button on the right side of the
front display.
2. Enable pairing mode on the central unit. See the central unit´s
manual for a description of how this is done.
3. Turn on the heater with the On / Off button on the right side of
the front display. EC will be displayed.
4. The central unit will acknowledge this with the discovery of
additional equipment and the app will alert you that new
equipment is found.
Local control
Switching between Comfort and Eco:
1. Press "Arrow Up" to switch to Comfort
2. Press "Arrow Down" to switch to Eco
Change the set temperature:
1. Select the mode for witch you want to change the temperature.
Comfort or Eco.
2. Press "P". Set temperature starts flashing.
3. Use "Arrow Up" and "Arrow Down" to adjust the set
temperature. Set temperature is visible in the display. Then
press "P" to save.
Eco Glamox Receiver has 3 LEDs:
Eco mode
Comfort mode
Heat element active
Error codes:
The display shows ”E1” - Problem with the radio.
The display shows ”E4” - Problem with temperature measurement.
