If the CD doesn't auto-start: Click

box, type
D:\setup.exe

then press
Enter
.

At the User Account Control, click
Allow
.
4.
Click
Next,
then click
Finish
.
5.
Plug the
USB to Serial-Value
into a USB port
and the driver will install automatically.
6.
Restart Windows to complete the
installation.

Open folder to
view files
