necessary, local devices can also be specified in the DNS static host table

ARP Configuration
This section describes commands used to configure the Address Resolution
Protocol (ARP) on the switch.
arp
This command adds a static entry in the Address Resolution Protocol (ARP)
cache. Use the
no form to remove an entry from the cache.
Syntax
arp ip-address hardware-address
no arp ip-address
ip-address - IP address to map to a specified hardware address.
hardware-address - Hardware address to map to a specified IP
address. (The format for this address is xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx.)
Default Setting
No default entries
