SELECTING THE MONITOR 

 

  

The SIGMA sd  Quattro  consists of a 

Finder  (Electronic  Viewfinder)  and 

Main-Monitor. 

The Monitor Select switch allows users to 

select which monitor is to be used. 

 

 

 

FINDER 

Displays in the finder only. 

AUTO

 

When looking into the finder, the main monitor display 

automatically changes to the finder display. 

MONITOR

 

Only the main monitor is displayed. 

When looking into the finder, the LCD in the finder is not 

displayed. 

 

Sub Monitor 

When the LCD in the finder is displayed, the  sub monitor automatically 

turns off. 

 

 

The sub monitor can be turned on/off with the 

  button as needed. (It 

cannot be turned on when the LCD in the finder is displayed.)   

 

 

WARNING!! 

 

There are cases that the sensor reacts to an object other than an eye 

and the LCD in the finder is displayed. 

 

The sensor may react with a strong light from the rear side, which leads 

an erroneous operation.
