Both pulse zone limits are automatically calculated once age, weight and gender have been
entered. (70 % - 80 % of the maximum heart rate for cardiovascular training). You can
modify these limits manually, however.

Use MODE 1 button to switch to precalculated lower or upper limit.

Set the value using the MODE 2 button (+) or the RESET button (-).

Confirm by pressing the SET button.
