British Standard BS 6841 (VDV)
Standard 70A and 70B are described in this appendix. Input signal is here
acceleration which is band pass filtered into the frequency range 0.5- 80
Hz. After that another band pass filter is applied, with filter characteristics
according to the graph in figure H1. As can be seen, this filter has
different characteristics for the vertical and horizontal directions.

The output from the band pass filters is the base for the interval channels
