2.1 Information about safe usage
Before mounting and using the office box, please note the following:
The office box is designed for indoor use.
The office box should only be used as described in this user guide.
Supervise children and people with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities, or with limited
experience and/or knowledge of this type of product when using the office box.
Keep the office box away from fire and other sources of ignition.
Keep packaging away from children. Plastic bags can lead to suffocation and small items are a
choking hazard.
Do not expose the acoustic board to extreme conditions.
Do not expose the surface of the office box to direct sunlight or radiator heat, in order to avoid
possible material damage caused by high temperatures.
The office box should only be mounted onto a Sigel office caddy.
Do not hang clothes or other items on the mounted office box. This could make the office
caddy tip over, causing minor injuries or damage to objects.
Do not lean or sit on the office box once mounted.
Check that the office box has been mounted correctly before use.
The Office Box S can hold up to a maximum of 4 kg.
The Office Box L can hold up to a maximum of 8 kg.

3.1 Applications for the office box
The office box is designed for indoor use. It is ideal for use in combination
with the SIGEL “Workplace” office caddy and “Meeting” office caddy.
SIGEL office boxes are available in 2 sizes:
Office Box S
Office Box L
Office Box S
Contains a drawer and is ideal for storing office utensils. It comes with a shoulder strap for easy
transportation.
Office Box L
Comes with a lockable door and is ideal for storing documents or office utensils.
