Current Transformer Requirements

The current transformer requirements should follow the requirements of the bay level equipment. And the MU 
provides the configuration "Accuracy Class", which is distributed to the bay level equipment via IEC61850 
Edition2 ICD file. For more details about accuracy class please refer to capital A.8 .
