Application
CIM4210C PROFINET is used for communication with a
higher-level controller and as a rack for POM4220.

This document is valid for the following device:

Safety guidelines
This device corresponds to the approvals printed on the
type plate. If you have questions about whether it is
permissible to install the device in the planned environment,
contact your service representative.

WARNING
Hazardous voltages on power cables and heat emitter
lines
Voltages of more than 60 V are present in the control
cabinet. There is a risk of death or severe injury.
Before starting work on the HCS, disconnect the device
from the power supply and secure it from being switched
back on.
WARNING
Improper repairs
Incorrectly performed repairs can result in substantial
damage to equipment or endanger the user.
Return the device to Siemens for repair.
