1.3.2 Converting older systems
In conjunction with the CP 443-5 Extended V 7.0, the functionality supported by the
discontinued CPU types listed in Table 2-2 is as follows:
● No DPV1 functionality
● No CiR functionality (DP slave, configurable extension)
● No identification of the bus topology by the user program
● Max. number of external DP lines per station: 4
● Number of operable CPs: 8
● Multicomputing
