Note
A maximum of four CP 1628 modules can be installed in one PG/PC. Take into account the
technical specifications of the power supply for the PCI slots of the PG/PC.
Make sure that there is adequate ventilation, especially when using the maximum number of
modules, so that the operating temperature does not exceed 55 °C.
If you have installed the SIMATIC NET PC software, you can check the operating temperature
of the module with the "Communication Settings" tool on the "Operating data" properties
page.
