display
The first row of symbols and the progress bar below
form the program status display. The progress bar
consists of a frame and several segments.
When the program has been selected, the symbols
for the individual program sections are displayed.
The frame of the progress bar flashes and requests
the program to start.
When the program has started, the almost empty
bar is displayed which fills up with segments from
left to right while the program is running. The sym-
bols indicate the program sections which have not
yet run and go out when the particular program
section has run.
At the end of the program all symbols have gone
out and the progress bar is full.
Overdosage
The automatic safety system detects excessive fr-
oth in the appliance due to a highly frothing dete-
rgent or an overdosage. At the end of the program
this is indicated in the display field by the
symbol.Dispense less detergent for the next wash
with similar items of washing(same degree of soi-
ling and wash load).
Overdosage of detergent may cause excessive fr-
oth formation and impair the washing and rinsing
results.A rinse cycle is automatically run.
The symbol goes out when the appliance
switches off at the end of the program or if the
program is changed.
The activated childproof lock prevents the selected
program from being changed while the program
