Montage und Verdrahtung
Allgemeine Beschreibung
Das Reiheneinbaugerät kann in Niederspannungsverteilern (Auf-
Putz oder Unter-Putz) und überall dort eingesetzt werden, wo
Hutschienen nach EN 60715-TH35-7,5 vorhanden sind.
Die Verbindung mit der Buslinie erfolgt über eine Busklemme.
Zur Verbindung mit dem Ethernet-IP Datennetzwerk verfügt das
Gerät über eine RJ45 Buchse auf der Gerätefrontseite.
Montage
−
Schnappen Sie die IP Schnittstelle N148/22 auf die Hut-
schiene auf.
−
Verbinden Sie die Hilfsspannung AC/DC 24V mit der gelb-
weißen Busklemme (A9).
−
Verbinden Sie die Busleitung mit der schwarz-roten Bus-
klemme (A8).
−
Stecken Sie ein Ethernet Patchkabel mit RJ45 Stecker in die
RJ45 Buchse (A10), um das Gerät mit dem LAN / Intranet zu
verbinden.
Es besteht eine Verbindung zu einem Netzwerk, wenn die
grüne LED mit der Kennzeichnung Lk (A5) dauernd leuchtet.
Wenn die gelbe LED mit der Kennzeichnung Rx (A6) leuch-
tet, empfängt das Gerät Daten vom Netzwerk.
Wenn die rote LED mit der Kennzeichnung Tx (A7) leuchtet,
sendet das Gerät Daten an das Netzwerk.
Demontage
−
Entfernen Sie zuerst das Ethernet Patchkabel aus der RJ45
Buchse (A10).
−
Entfernen Sie die gelb-weiße Busklemme (A9) aus der Buch-
se.
−
Entfernen Sie die schwarz-rote Busklemme (A8) aus der
Buchse.
−
Lösen Sie den Schnapper und heben das Gerät von der Hut-
schiene.

WARNUNG
•
Das Gerät darf nur von einer zugelassenen Elektrofachkraft
installiert und in Betrieb genommen werden.
•
Freie Hutschienenbereiche mit eingelegter Datenschiene
sind mit der Abdeckung 5WG1 192-8AA01
abzudecken.
•
Die geltenden Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften
sind zu beachten.
•
Das Gerät darf nicht geöffnet werden.
•
Bei der Planung und Errichtung von elektrischen Anlagen
sind die einschlägigen Richtlinien, Vorschriften und Bestim-
mungen des jeweiligen Landes zu beachten.
Zuweisung der IP Adresse
Die IP Adresse der IP Schnittstelle wird fest mit der ETS Konfi-
guration, automatisch von einem DHCP Dienst im IP Netzwerk
oder durch das Gerät selbst (AutoIP) zugewiesen. Die Zuwei-
sung der IP Adresse durch einen DHCP Dienst erlaubt Ände-
rungen der IP Adresse ohne Konfiguration des Gerätes mit der
ETS. Zur Konfiguration des DHCP Dienstes wird die MAC
Adresse des Gerätes benötigt, die auf dem Gerät aufgebracht
ist. Ist ein DHCP Dienst nicht verfügbar, sucht das Gerät sich
eine eigene IP Adresse (AutoIP).
Bei Fragen zur Einstellung der Parameter IP Adresse des Gerä-
tes und Subnetzmaske, sowie zu DHCP sollte der lokale Netz-
werkadministrator hinzugezogen werden.
Allgemeine Hinweise
•
Die Bedienungsanleitung ist dem Kunden auszuhändigen.
•
Ein defektes Gerät ist mit einem Rücklieferschein der zustän-
digen Vertriebsniederlassung an folgende Adresse zu sen-

Mounting and wiring
General description
The N-system DIN-rail device can be installed in distribution
boards, surface or flush mounted, or on any DIN rail complying
with EN 60715-TH35-7,5.
The connection to the bus line is established via the bus con-
nector terminal (red-black) on the top side.
The RJ45 socket on the device front side provides the connec-
tion to the Ethernet-IP data network.
Mounting
−
Snap the IP Interface N148/22 onto the DIN rail.
−
Connect the auxiliary power AC/DC 24V with the yellow-
white bus connector terminal (A9).
−
Connect the bus line with the black-red bus connector termi-
nal (A8).
−
Plug an Ethernet patch cable with an RJ45 plug into the RJ45
socket (A10) to connect the device with the LAN / Intranet.
A connection is established to the network when the green
LED marked Lk (A5) is continuously lit.
When the yellow LED marked Rx (A6) is lit the device is re-
ceiving data from the network.
When the red LED marked Tx (A7) is lit the device is sending
data to the network.
Unmounting
−
Unplug the Ethernet patch cable from the RJ45 socket (A10).
−
Remove the yellow-white bus connector terminal (A9) from
its socket.
−
Remove the black-red bus connector terminal (A8) from its
socket.
−
Remove the device from the DIN rail.

WARNING
•
The device must be mounted and commissioned by an
authorised electrician.
•
Free DIN rail areas with sticked-in data rails must be
covered with covers, order no. 5WG1 192-8AA01.
•
The prevailing safety rules must be heeded.
•
The device must not be opened.
•
For planning and construction of electric installations, the
relevant guidelines, regulations and standards of the respec-
tive country are to be considered.
IP address assignment
The IP address of the IP Interface N148/22 is assigned perma-
nently using ETS, automatically by a DHCP server in the IP net-
work, or by the device itself (AutoIP). Assignment of the IP ad-
dress by a DHCP server allows for changes of the device IP ad-
dress without using ETS. Configuration of the DHCP server may
require the MAC address, which is printed on the device. If a
DHCP server is not available the device assigns itself an IP ad-
dress (AutoIP).
Please consult your network administrator regarding configura-
tion of the parameters device IP address, subnet mask, and
DHCP.
General Notes
•
The operating instructions must be handed over to the client.
•
A faulty device shall be sent with a Return Good Note for Ser-
vice provided by the appropriate Siemens sales office to the
