Installation of cooker hood
EN Instruction for installation
the installation personnel receiving professional training and having
corresponding installation qualification can install and debug the
cooker hood only, and other people is not allowed to install the
cooker hood without permission, in order to avoid serious
consequence.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to
avoid a hazard.
If your kitchen is being decorated, please DO NOT expose the cooker
hood.
The wall for installation of the cooker hood shall be flat and straight
and has enough strength; in this way, the cooker hood can be
installed stably, without shaking.
DO NOT install the cooker hood on the combustible wall, such as
wood wall; and the wall for installation of the cooker hood shall
be incombustible.
DO NOT install the cooker hood at the upper part of cooker using
solid fuel.
The gas exhausted by the cooker hood cannot be discharged into
the hot flue duct for discharging the smoke produced by the burning
fuel gas or other fuels.
Please ensure that the power supply system (current, voltage and
connecting lead) in your home can meet the requirements of normal
load of the cooker hood .
The electric wire buried in the wall shall be avoided when drilling hole
on the wall, in order to avoid electric shock.
The cooker hood must be earthed and equipped with one three-core
plug which must be inserted in the socket; and the socket is earthed
actually. The current loop can be offered because of earthing in case
of electric leakage, in order to avoid electric shock.
Please install the cooker hood at the dry place without direct
sunlight.
The ambient temperature of the shall not exceed 40°C.

shall be installed above the cooker and coaxial with

cooker.
Install the sealing gasket and the air outlet base at the air outlet of the
cooker hood, and screw up and fix them with four M4*14 screws.
Drill two 10mm holes with the electric drill at the appropriate locations of
the wall.
Drive the plastic expansion screws into the holes, and screw up 4/5 of
M5 tapping screw, wherein the tapping screw must be screwed up in the
hole and cannot be loosened.
Install the hanging plate for installation on the cooker hood with
four M4*14 screws; not screw up the screws temporarily; and pull the
hanging plate up to the end, and screw up the screws.
Align the fixation holes on the hanging plate with the screws on the wall
to hang the cooker hood; and adjust the exhauster horizontal and
screw up the installation screws on the wall.
Process two square holes and four round holes with diameter
of 5mm at corresponding locations on the cupboard.
Align the installation holes on the top of the cooker hood
with four holes drilled on the bottom of the cupboard; and let
the screws sleeved with gaskets go through the holes drilled on
the cupboard; screw up the installation holes on top of the
cooker hood to ensure that the cooker hood would not
loosened when the screws are screwed up.
Install the sealing gasket and the air outlet base at the air outlet
of the cooker hood; screw up and fix them; and connect
the flue pipe to the outdoor part.
Install the flue pipe on the air outlet base and connect it to the
outdoor part.
The cupboard and screws must be able to bear the weight or force of
more than 50kg.

Attentions!
The distance from the pan support surface of the hob to the lowest
part (except filter and oil cup) of the hood shall be at least
650mm (gas hob),
or 550mm (electric hob). If the installation manual
of the hob specifies a different distance, the greatest shall be used.
