The options are:

You can save 100 entries in the directory.
You can create a personalised directory for your
own individual handset. However you can send
the list or individual entries to other handsets

You can store numbers and the associated
names in the
directory

Sending the directory to another handset
Requirements:

The sending and receiving handsets must
both be registered to the same base station.

The other handset and base station can send
and receive directory entries.
