Marking a message as "new" during playback

If you wish to put an "old" message which you have already listened to back to the begin-

ning of the list, you must mark it as "new"; the

key on the base and the

key on

the handset will now flash.

Adding the telephone number of a message to the directory

You can add a telephone number to the directory.

Deleting messages

You can delete old messages either all together or individually.
