Note: 

You can also use other cookware. Depending on

the composition of the cookware, the achieved temper-
ature may differ from the selected temperature level.

9.4 Switching on the fryingSensor

1.

Select the cooking zone and then touch 

​⁠.

a

​⁠ lights up on the cooking zone display.

2.

Within the next 10 seconds, select the required tem-
perature setting on the control panel.

a

The function is switched on.

3.

​⁠ lights up until the frying temperature is reached. A

signal then sounds and the temperature symbol
goes out.

4.

Once the frying temperature has been reached, add
the fat and then the food to the pan.

Note: 

To ensure that  ​⁠ and the temperature level are

displayed, you must select a cooking zone.

9.5 Switching off fryingSensor

Select the cooking zone and touch 

​⁠.

The function has been deactivated.

The following table shows the ideal temperature levels
