Listing all the exceptions
Use the
EXCEPTIONS
button in the
Exceptions overview
(Figure
9-1 ) to display a list of all the exceptions defined in the selected time
schedule. You can access these with the associated direct access
keys.

You can use wildcards (*) to enter the date period. Note the
wildcards used in the illustration above.

Create new local exception
NEW LOCAL EXCEPTION
allows you to create a standard
exception with the current date and add it to the Schedule exception
list (Figure 9-3
)
. The next section describes how to adapt this
exception to your own particular needs.
