COM32 INSTALLATION & OPERATION MANUAL

Siemens maintains control of all specifications for the SEAbus and SEAbus Plus protocols. A modification to a
protocol for any type of device must be approved by Siemens Energy & Automation, Inc. to guarantee compatibility.
Any changes made must be backward compatible so that existing products can coexist on the communications bus
without having to support the newer features of the protocol

Siemens continuously strives to ensure backward compatibility, reliability, and easy implementation of both protocols
to meet current market communications requirements. Siemens therefore reserves the right to make improvements
including changes to specifications at any time without notice or obligation.
