a protected or separate cabling is required for these safety inputs in order to achieve the safety-related
characteristics. Reason: Short-circuits to the supply voltage or cross-circuits are not detected.

If you are using dual-channel safety capable inputs (I) without test pulses, the safety function must be
requested at least once a year.
