ults in as sem bled com po nents or parts of the pro duct, al tho ugh
cer ti fied in any man ner, that it is not pos si ble for SICEP to iden tify
in any way in ad van ce, du ring or af ter the ma nu fac tu ring of the
end pro duct in ac cor dan ce with the nor mal chec king and ve ri fi -
ca tion pro ce du res ap plied for com po nents or pro ducts and
ex ter nal parts of them. Da ma ges or de fects ascri ba ble to re pa ir
and ma in te nan ce in ter ven tions, re pla ce ments or chan ges car -
ried out by third par ties not di rectly aut ho ri zed by the
ma nu fac tu rer, or car ried out by ot hers em plo ying uno ri gi nal or
non-com pliant pro ducts, parts of pro ducts and / or sof twa re that
are the re fo re not gua ran te ed, not cer ti fied and not ap pro ved or
aut ho ri zed by SICEP, are not co ve red by this gua ran tee.

In any case, da ma ges and fa ults ari sing from the use of spa re
parts and ac ces so ries that are non-com pa ti ble, uno ri gi nal,
non-com pliant, un cer ti fied and not ap pro ved by the ma nu fac tu -
rer are not co ve red by this gua ran tee. Same ap plies to all
da ma ges ascri ba ble to chan ges made to the pro duct or parts of
the same and / or to the sof twa re that are in no way ap pro ved by
the ma nu fac tu rer or due to ca u ses of for ce ma je u re and / or un fo -
re se e a ble cir cum stan ces.

The ma te rial to be re pa i red has to be sent car ria ge-paid to
SICEP ac com pa nied by the "Re pa ir re quest form" com ple tely fil -
led in.

SICEP re ser ves the right to make amen dments to the se gua ran -
tee con di tions wit ho ut prior no ti ce. In any case, the con di tions in
for ce at the time of pur cha se of the elec tric and / or elec tro nic pro -
duct ma nu fac tu red by SICEP will be con si de red va lid.
