Auto Detect DIMM/PCI Clk
Enabling this item allows system auto detect and close clock signal to empty DIMM/
PCI slot to reduce EMI.
Spread Spectrum
This item allows the user to enable Spread Spectrum Modulated to reduce the EMI.
CPU Host Clock
This item allows you to Soft-Configure the CPU Host Bus Clock (external bus fre-
quency) in BIOS. Select the proper value according to the specification marked on
your CPU. A valid CPU Host Clock may range from 50MHz to 83MHz when a
66MHz-based PPGA Celeron processor is used or from 100MHz, 103MHz when a
100MHz-based PPGA Celeron processor is used.
CPU Clock Ratio
This item allows the user to adjust CPU Host Clock/Internal Clock ratio. The user
may adjust CPU Clock Ratio from x2 to x8 in 0.5 increments.
CPU Speed
The field is read-only. It displays the CPU speed when CPU Host Clock and CPU
Clock Ratio have been whether soft-configured in BIOS Chipset Features menu or
hard-configured by setting the appropriate jumpers JP2 and JP14 on the mainboard.
The CPU speed (operating frequency) is computed as the product of CPU Host Clock
multiplied by CPU Clock Ratio.
