Press the desired 1-16 memory buttons (02) in order to trigger the programmed scenes/chases.
While assigning DMX files to the memory buttons, always start with button #1 and proceed
with buttons #2, 3, 4, up to button #16.
It is NOT RECOMMENDED to assign DMX files to random buttons.
In such case, some DMX files WILL NOT function properly.

Please, first check whether the rack Is connected on a USB Hub.
First remove all other QuickDMX boxes, dongles, etc.

Go to Device Manager on your Windows PC:
