3. As shown below, pull the seat release knob and gently push the seat 
forward into the foot area of the scooter 

 
 
 
 
 

 
 
 
 
 
 

4. Next, the tiller needs to be folded down onto the back of the seat. 
 
Lift the red lever as shown in the tiller adjustment section. Whilst the lever is 
raised the tiller can be lowered down and clipped into the locating 
bracket which is attached to the seat. Once the tiller is secured in the
