4. FUNCTION KEY OPERATION
UP and DOWN key
In any mode, press the
UP/DOWN
key to check all the incoming numbers. If there is no
incoming call, LCD will display
END
. The unit can receive up to 16-digit number.
OUT key
In any mode, check outgoing numbers by pressing the
OUT
key. Use the
UP/DOWN
key to
select the outgoing number. Press the
REDIAL
key to dial the selected number.
DEL key
When checking incoming and outgoing call in any mode, press the
DEL
key to delete the
number you are checking. Press the
DEL
key for 4 sec to delete all incoming or outgoing call
numbers. When you pre-dial, press the
DEL
key to delete one digit at a time. When you enter
the IP number or password, use the
DEL
key to delete error digit.
PAUSE key
To insert a 3.6 second of pause while dialing, press
PAUSE
key and it will display
P
on the LCD
panel.
IP key
- When auto IP function is off:
In the ‘on-hook’ mode, pre-dial the phone number followed by the IP key. The unit will be
on-hook automatically and dial the number with the IP number. (Note: The IP function cannot
be used when the lock is set to lock “0”.)
- When auto IP function is on:
In the ‘on-hook’ mode, pre-dial the phone number followed by the
REDIAL/BACK
key. The
unit will off-hook automatically and dial the number with IP mode if the first digit number is
“0”.
FLASH (600ms) / RING key
In the ‘on-hook’ mode, press the
FLASH/RING
key. The LCD will display
TONE 1-4
for four
selectable ringing tones. Select the preferred ringing tone by pressing the
FLASH/RING
key.
When LCD panel displays
TONE OFF
, it means the ringing tone is turned off.
For FLASH function:
In the on-hook mode, press this key to auto-hang up for 600ms, after that you can press
REDIAL
key or dial out another number.
AUTO-RD REDIAL/BACK key
In the ‘on-hook’ mode, press this key to redial the last called number.
HF (HANDSFREE) key
While on-hook, press the
HF
key to go into handsfree mode. You can talk through the
