During the Warrant y Period, we will, at our sole discretion and to the
ex tent permit ted by law, repair or replace (using new or refurbished par ts)
the Shinola Detroit Product which is covered pursuant to the terms of this
warrant y.

E xcept as stated below, pay shipping, insurance or transpor tation charges
from you to us, or any impor t fees, duties and ta xes. If the Shinola Detroit
Product is covered by this warrant y and is provided to us within the first
30 days of the Warrant y Period, then we will reimburse you for shipping
charges. If the Shinola Detroit Product you send to us is not covered by
this warrant y, you will be charged the shipping costs. All claims must be
sent to Shinola Authorized Ser vice Providers only.

with the repair item(s) a valid bill of sale from an authorized Shinola
Detroit retailer detailing the following information:
• Retailer ’s name
• Original date of purchase
• Model or SKU number of the product purchased
