In the forwarding filtering rules.

Black List
：
The default allows packet forwarding, in line with the list of "discarded" rules
packet can not be forwarded through the router.

White List
：
The default refuses packet forwarding, in line with the list of "accept" rules
packet can go through a router forwarding.
Step 4
Click “Add” to add a new IP filter rule and configure IP filter parameter. There are two types
