7 Troubleshooting



Trouble

The device can not be turned on.

Possible Reason

Solution

1. The batteries are drained
or almost drained.
2. The batteries are not
inserted properly.
3. The device is broken out.

The device is failure in measuring heart rate.

does not contact well.
2. Moved when
measuring.

interference.
4. Weak signal.
