CLEANING and MAINTENANCE
Regular maintenance of your product will keep it in safe and proper working order.
Before Cleaning
 When not in use or before cleaning, always disconnect the appliance from the
mains supply.
 Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other fluid, not rinse it under the
tap. Use only a moist cloth to clean the motor unit.
 Empty the water reservoir by loosening the plug of the water drainage outlet.
Ensure you have a container under the drain to collect the water or empty the unit
outside. You may have to empty the water collector a few times.

Care and Cleaning
 Using a soft, damp cloth, carefully clean the exterior surface of the product.
 Do not allow water or other liquids to run into the interior of the product, as this
could create a fire and/or electrical hazard.
 We also recommend periodic cleaning of this unit by lightly running a vacuum
cleaner nozzle over the guards to remove any dust or dirt that may have
accumulated inside or on the unit.
 Do not use spray cleaners
 When cleaning the water tank, first drain the water inside. Remove any dirt and
dust and wipe dry.
 Ensure the Air Cooler is switched off from the supply mains before removing the
guard.
Cleaning the Filter
The filter is supplied assembled and can be removed for cleaning as required. It is
recommended that filter be cleaned once a week.
1. Press the clips at the top of the protective panel and remove the panel from
the appliance.
2. Remove the filter. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust.
3. Place the filter and the protective panel.
