SUITABLE OVENWARE
T o c ook/defrost food in a mi c rowave oven, the mi c rowave energy must be ab l e to pass through the c ontainer to
penetrate the food. T herefore it is important to c hoose suitab l e c ookware.
Round/ova l dishes are preferab l e to square/ob l ong ones, as the food in the c orners tends to over c ook. A variety
of c ookware c an be used as l isted be l ow.
