Setting 10-2: PBX SELECT
This sets the mode used for connecting calls from a PBX to an outside line. Refer to
your PBX manual or consult your supplier for the correct setting. Make the selection
by entering a number from 1 or 2 as follows:
1:ID
2:FLASH

Initial setting: 1
(If you select 1, Setting 10-3 will subsequently appear in the display. If you select 2,
Setting 11 will appear.)
Setting 10-3: PBX ID NO.
If you set Option Setting 10-2 to 1 (PBX ID digit mode), use this setting to enter your
PBX ID number (maximum of 3 digits). Press the START/MEMORY key when
finished.

Initial Setting: 0
(Note: The ID number is automatically dialled for access to the public line when
Rapid Key or Speed Dialling is used. Do not store it as part of the number when
storing a Rapid Key or Speed Dialling number.)
Setting 11: FLASH SELECT
If you are on a PBX and have set the PBX Select setting to "Flash", use this setting
to select the Flash time length. If your PBX line is a normal telephone line, press 1 to
select SHORT TIME. If your PBX line is an ISDN line, press 2 to select LONG TIME.
