9. PS/2 Keyboard Controller
9-1. Introduction
The keyboard and mouse are controlled using Mitsubishi Electric’s
M38802M267.
No mouse can be used for UP-5700 because IRQ12 is not con-
nected. In addition, A20M# of M38802M2 is not used because Fire-
star’s A20M# is used.

Pin for the I/O of clock generator. Connect a ceramic resonator or crystal oscillator between XIN and

When using external clock, connect a clock generator to XIN and open XOUT.
A feedback resistor is incorporated.
