Before calling for service, check the following points.
Problem Solution
The parts or inside wall have
lines, holes and dents.
• Following things are not problems. These are caused by the production process of parts
or products.
The compartment light is
flashing.
• It shows the breakdown of the electrical parts.
Make sure to ask the service center authorized by SHARP to repair.
(Cooling operation does not stop. However, the inside is cooled too much or not cooled enough.)
• Hinge cover is not fit
securely.
• Hinge cover comes off.
• Make sure to follow the instructions below to attach.
-- Push the hinge cover as following picture to fit the latch and the guides (4 places) .
If you still require service
Refer to your nearest service agent approved by SHARP.
