11) Slip new cog over bush, ensuring at least a 2mm gap between plate and cog 

   

 

Reassembly 

11) Re-attach microswitches, the one with RED wire faces forward,  

(re attach motor, ensure worm-gear engages with tooth-wheel) 

12) the one with ORANGE wire faces backwards 

Attach to drawer ensuring new gear engages with rack
