Activating MACRO
5) Tool for responding to survey [2]
The survey tool runs with macro program.
Select “Enable macro” at the initial screen, after activation the tool.
Depending on Excel version, Macro security level is set to high as its
p g y g
default, in such condition, macro does not run. Make sure to set macro
security-level to “Middle”.
For Excel 2002 and 2003:
[1] Menu[Tool(T)]->menu[Macro(M)]->menu[Security(S)]->and set level
to medium in [Security Level] Page to medium in [Security Level] Page
[2] Activate survey tool
[3] Click “Enable macro(E)” in the first screen after the tool is launched.
For Excel 2007:
[1] Click “Option….” when a security related warning is displayed at
l f E l M f i i h l lower part of Excel Menu, after activating the survey tool.
[2] Select “Enable this content” in security option screen.
