portions w here necessary.
• After cooking, stand for 10-15 m inutes.

• Wash chicken, trim aw ay fat and pat
dry.
• Season as desired for at least 30 m ins.
• Place on the low rack, uncovered.
• When oven stops, cover thinner part or
end of legs w ith foil. (Discard excess
oil on the turntable w here necessary.)
Turn it over and continue to cook.
(Note: M ake sure the foil does not
touch each other and the oven w all.)
• After cooking, stand for 5-10 m inutes.
